With over 20 years of hands-on experience in environmental reporting, event planning, and sustainability experieince, Ryan has helped shape industry standards and has driven measurable climate action across some of the nation’s largest business events. 

Our process was created in response to the persistent challenges of fragmented data, inconsistent methodologies, and the lack of actionable insight in event sustainability.

Leveraging expertise built through two decades of experience in the events capital of the world — including award-winning zero-waste initiatives, the management of the largest composting program in Las Vegas, and recognition as a Community Hero for his food rescue efforts —Ryan brings unrivaled technical rigor and vision to every engagement. 

Ryan’s credentials include leading the Level 2 APEX/ASTM venue certification for Sands Expo—one of the highest-rated venues in the country—as well as their LEED Existing Buildings Gold certification. At Freeman, he managed the national APEX/ASTM Level 2 exhibit certification and the ISO 20121 Sustainable Event Management System (SEMS) recertification. Ryan holds professional credentials as a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and a Sustainable Event Professional Certificate (SEPC), and has overseen every major environmental certification related to sustainable event management. 

Our approach is grounded in globally recognized frameworks such as the IPCC, Net-Zero Carbon Events Roadmap, LEED, and GHG Protocol. We specialize in comprehensive carbon footprint analysis, sustainability strategy development, supplier and materials management, and climate action planning to take events to the next level.
